Virginia Faucett comes from a farming background and has always had a love for animals. Growing up on a property there were always animals to look after. Her love for animals has never changed.
Friends and family would ask her to look after their pets while they went away on holidays. This was a great alternative to the kennels because the animals were looked after in their own familiar environment at home.
Living on properties has given Virginia years of experience with all types of animals big and small.
Virginia worked previously in Narrabri for David Defredrick at Narrabri Veterinary clinic in the early 1980s.
TLC Services was formed in Narrabri in 2003 and continued until late 2007. Serving the Narrabri Shire area, TLC Services is now owned by Karina Rowe.
Moving to Orange in December 2007, Virginia started working at Springside Vet Clinic (casual) and also Petbarn while setting up her new business. In March 2009, she started TLC Petcare (Orange).
Virginia has a loving and supportive husband, Chris, and 3 children Chloe, Monica and Sean. Their family pets include a miniature dachshund called Lilly, rabbits Velvet and Peter as well as various goldfish.

Staff:
Most of the time TLC Petcare is operated by Virginia, but in the busy season around Christmas/New Year and the Easter holidays, extra staff may be employed.
We carefully screen staff, and all of them have a background in caring for animals. Each of them are interviewed, a Police check is made and references are followed up.
All staff at TLC Services must agree to adhere to the Pet Industry Association of Australia (PIAA) Code of Conduct to maintain a consistent and high standard of animal care.
How it works...
We offer a free half hour initial consultation prior to departure. During this time we meet your pets, become familiar with the layout of your home, discuss your requirements and go through our services agreement.
This also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have and be sure that ours is the service you want to use. This is also the best time to give us your spare key if you require us to enter your home.
