Who supplies the food for my pets?
You usually supply the food, but TLC Petcare can supply food if needed (extra cost).
What happens if I stay away longer that expected?
Call TLC Petcare and let us know and we will continue to feed and water your animals and plants.
When do I pay and how?
We accept cash and cheques. You can pay a deposit beforehand or wait until you get home to pay the full amount. We also accept direct deposits. Please call TLC Petcare for account details.
How long have I got to pay?
Terms are usually 30 days, but if you are having trouble paying ring TLC Petcare and other arrangements can be made.
How do I drop the keys off before I leave?
Call TLC Petcare and we can come and pick up your keys free of charge. This saves you time.
Are my animals safe with TLC Petcare?
Yes, we adhere to the PIAA (Pet Industry Association of Australia) code of conduct and the RSPCA code, which means we only have pets welfare in mind when looking after your them.
Can you Security Check my house?
Yes. TLC Services holds a current Security Licence of NSW and we can look around the house while we look after the pets.
What if both my neighbours and I want to use TLC Services at the same time?
This is not a problem. Ring TLC Petcare and we can make a “Special Rate” for the both of you. There are “Special Discounts” for having blocks of houses together.
