At the first free consultation, when we see you and your pets for the first time, we ask you to view our terms and conditions. These are for you to sign before you go away, and give you an understanding of the way TLC Petcare deals with the situation should a pet get ill while you’re away).
ANIMAL HEALTH AGREEMENT
TLC Petcare will endeavor to ensure that your animal/animals will receive the best care and attention as per your requirements.
I ______________________________ (Client’s Name) agree that all my animals are of good health at the time of placing in the care of TLC Petcare.
All pre-existing illness, injury or special needs are noted below: _______________________________________________________________________________
VETERINARY CARE AGREEMENT
If for any reason your animals become ill while in TLC Petcare care, we will seek Veterinary Treatment* as soon as practically possible.
I _____________________________ (Client’s Name) give permission for TLC Petcare to take my animals to the Vet* if needed and all costs will be directed to me and not TLC Petcare. I agree to meet all TLC Petcare costs associated with travel, time etc that TLC Petcare charges in relation to this additional service.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH OR INJURY AGREEMENT
TLC Petcare takes pride in ensuring that all animals are fed, watered and cared for as per your instructions. If for any reason any animal dies, goes missing or is injured while under the care of TLC Petcare:
I ___________________________ (Client’s Name) will not hold TLC Petcare or any person associated with TLC Petcare responsible for such death or injury.
Our clients are happy to sign these terms. The conditions are in place for when something does go wrong.
